not sure this is resolveable. At what point do you get this error. Is it complaining about loading the vs extension or the library dll? Perhaps if i change it to use the client core framework that will fix this. It should be compatible with that.

Error Pops up when I try to add a test class. I attach my sample Project to illustrate it. You need to add autowrok to be able to Play around. I had to remove it because of file size (4MB max).
Not shure wheter just changing the Framework fixes it. My experience with NETCORE is somewhat Special, because not all is available.

Looks like the Structuremap dependency requires the Full .NetFramework since it requires system.web so unfortunately this is incompatible with win RT.
